Music therapy is the psychotherapeutic therapy based on medical impact of music on a psychological state of the person. The main goals of this therapy are: to improve auditory and vocal sense , auditory and motion coordination and adaptive tracking, ability to synthesize them in one activity.
Methods:
- the methods are aimed to response occurrence and emotional arousal;
- the training methods applied in the context of behavioural therapy;
- relaxation and regulatory methods;
- communicative methods;
- creative methods by way of instrumental , vocal and motion improvisation.
These methods can become an important part of psychological and educational effects on children with RDA, as they are directed on autistic spectrum disorders, i.e.: social interaction and communication disorders, inadequacy of affection , absence of flexible behaviour according to a social context and various spontaneous social game imitation, stereotypic types of their behaviour.
